VIP Access

VIP members have the keys to the door and have non-exclusive, 24/7 access to the facility other than when there are exclusive hire bookings in the Venue Calendar. There are options for if you are wanting do so extra training on your own, and for if you also be able to coach others one-on-one or in small group sessions. VIP Access is about flexibility and freedom.

You have the freedom to use the facility at all hours, 7 days per week** for your own training. 

– This monthly option works out to be $13.79 per week or $1.97 per day.

Whichever option you choose, the price per WEEK it is far less than what you would pay to hire a hall or a room for just a single one hour session.

With the VIP Instructor Access option you have all the benefits of VIP Anytime Access and can also teach private or small group sessions up to 10 hours per month.**

Under the 6 month option, if you use the full 10 hours each month it equates to $10 per hour which can be built into your charge rate to your students – and that’s not including the unlimited individual use of the facility on top. VIP Instructor Access users also get free use of wi-fi at the facility.

Our Instructor Plus Access holders can increase the value of their access by teaching unlimited hours per month as well as using the facility for unlimited individual practice.** VIP Instructor Access users also get free use of wi-fi at the facility.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
1. Instructor Access is either for 12 months (monthly payments) or 3 months (lump sum) and for practitioners aged at least 18. Applicants under the 3 month option may opt to renew at the end of their term. Applicants under the 6 month option revert to a rolling month-to-month contract after the initial 6 months and may terminate any time by giving 30 days notice of cancellation after the initial 6 month period. 
 
  • You may use the facility 7 days a week for your own training, personal training or teaching small groups. 
  • You may undertake personal training or small group training (groups of no more than 10 people) with non-exclusive access to the facility. 
  • You may teach individuals or small groups up to a limit of 10 hours per month. If you wish to teach over the 10 hour limit please contact us about an Instructor Plus Access instead.
  • Students without their own VIP Access are permitted to attend your small group trainings, on the condition that you are teaching the group for a specific purpose, and not just providing them with a space to train. 
  • You may not lend or share your confidential access information (e.g. alarm codes, fobs , keytags) with any other persons. 
  • You undertake to be responsible and liable for people you bring into the do-jang and for ensuring they treat the building, facility and equipment with respect. 
  • You undertake to abide by the terms of access and take all reasonable care to protect your access information. 
  • Failure to abide by these conditions may result in your membership being terminated forthwith, without refund, and liability for any damage caused to the building, facility and equipment by yourself or persons under your responsibility.

2. All VIP Access users are welcome to use the facility according to the terms of their membership EXCEPT when there are special events/exclusive bookings being held at the venue. Please check the facility calendar on the website for special events/exclusive bookings being held. VIP Access users do not have exclusive use of the facility when they are here, but can share the venue with other VIP Access users, for example, they may draw the dividing curtain in the middle of the do-jang to create a separate training space. Exclusive use of the venue is available separate to VIP Access through facility bookings. 

 
3. All VIP Access users agree to treat the building, facility and equipment with respect and are liable for any damage caused to the building, facility and equipment. 
 
4. All VIP Access users are responsible for securing the facility if they are the last one out including: 
  • Putting all equipment back where found
  • Turning off all lights including in the upstairs bathrooms

5. VIP Access is not transferable and subject to change.

 

All prices include GST
*excludes days when special events are organised in the venue from time to time. 
**excludes admittance to special events, courses, seminars or classes that may be hosted in the venue.
